The Illinois Conservation and Climate Initiative (ICCI) is a joint project of the State of Illinois and the Delta Institute that allows farmers and landowners to earn greenhouse gas emissions credits when they use conservation tillage, plant grasses and trees, or manage forests sustainably.

New Pool Open for Carbon Credits

The sixth XSO/XFO enrollment period is open through the spring 2009 planting season. The third managed forest pool is open through December 1. To see if you are eligible check the program guidelines and download the application.
